1. This website

The public Panjera website ships without third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) may be processed by our hosting infrastructure to operate and secure the site. Preferences you choose here — like a reading theme — are stored in your own browser.

2. When you contact us

If you send us an inquiry, we use what you share to respond and to evaluate a potential engagement. Drafts of the "Talk to us" form are saved in your browser until you choose to send them; nothing is transmitted silently.

3. Deployed instances

Each organization runs its own Panjera instance. Learner and content data inside an instance belongs to that organization and is handled according to its agreement with us — including deployments inside the organization's own cloud boundary. Accounts are provisioned by organization administrators; sign-in uses secure, HTTP-only server sessions.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use instance content or learner data to advertise to anyone.
