Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or any Panjera service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. Use of a deployed Panjera instance is additionally governed by the written agreement between Panjera and the organization that owns that instance; where the two differ, the written agreement controls for that instance.
2. The service
Panjera is provided on a per-organization basis. Features, capabilities, pricing, and availability are defined per engagement and may change at any time. Nothing on this website is a promise of any particular feature, capability, timeline, or result, and nothing here creates an agreement of any kind.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts are provisioned by organizations and their administrators. You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operation, scraping at scale, or using the services in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Panjera software, design, brand, and all content on this website are and remain our property or that of our licensors. No license is granted by viewing this site. Content an organization brings into its own instance remains that organization's, as set out in its agreement.
5. No warranty
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount the claiming party paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose — or zero where nothing was paid.
7. Changes
We may update these terms, the website, and the services at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
